Return Conditions
All items purchased from Unichef may be returned*!
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange, store credit, or refund, based on the carrier’s delivery date.
Return window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you prefer, you may also choose to receive store credit.
Product condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, meaning it must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and unopened when applicable.
*Customized products: Customized items, including products with embroidery, printing, or any other requested modification, cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Return contact information: To start a return, please log in to your account using the email address used at the time of purchase. A verification code (OTP) will be sent to you by email, allowing you to access your account and submit your return request directly.
Fees, if applicable: We are pleased to offer free exchanges and returns. You will not be required to pay return shipping fees, restocking fees, or any additional charges.
