Most of our products are stocked in our U.S. warehouse and are shipped the same day for orders placed before 2 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Made-to-Order Products
Some items may require additional processing time before shipping. If your order includes a made-to-order product, we will inform you of the estimated shipping timeframe.

Customized Products
Processing times for customized products may vary depending on the quantity and type of personalization requested.
1 to 5 pieces: Ships within 24 to 48 hours
6 to 10 pieces: Ships within 48 to 72 hours
More than 10 pieces: Ships within approximately one week
More than 100 pieces: Please contact us for a custom production timeline
Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your package. You can view the available shipping rates and carriers directly at checkout before confirming your order.
Shipping fees include order preparation, packaging, handling, and transportation costs. We recommend placing all items in a single order, as we cannot guarantee that two separate orders can be combined after checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States.
United States
Continental U.S.: Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories: Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
Canada
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
